adjunct professor of the Dept. of Curriculum and Instruction, the Chinese University of Hong Kong has been actively involved in curriculum change and implementation research in the past 3 decades after receiving his doctoral degree from the University of London Institute of Education. He has published over 100 refereed journal papers mostly on curriculum reform and implementation, geographical curriculum changes, mathematics curriculum and teachers’ beliefs.
He was Associate Vice-President, Dean of Students and Director of General Education at the Hong Kong Institute of Education (now Hong Kong Education University), associate dean of education at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He had also been a visiting professor at the National Institute of Education, Singapore from 2010 to 2011.
